Booking policy

Deposit Fee: A non refundable $40 deposit is required to book an appointment. This amount will go toward your final bill.
Punctuality: No lateness is tolerated. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
Rescheduling/Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. No exceptions will be made beyond this window.
Custom Hairstyles: Any custom hairstyles must be communicated before booking your appointment.
Assumptions: If you are unsure about any details, please ask questions. Assumptions will not be accepted.
Respect: Please maintain respect before and during your service. Any failure to comply with our rules will result in denial of future services.
Photography: Please note that pictures will be taken during your session. Arrive picture-ready.

A non refundable $40 deposit deposit is required.
A confirmation email is sent to the registered email.
Kindly note that all services does not include extensions
NOTE : E-Transfer payment is also available.
All E-Transfer payments should be done immediately, to secure time slot and avoid automatic cancellation.
